As to your example, who’s the author/illustrator? My daughter &/or grandkid should be perfectly free to write, draw or describe in any way any abuse, sexual or otherwise, suffered in childhood or adulthood, by them. They should also be free to relate the experience to a third party who should then be free to write, draw or describe in it any way. To protect our speech, we must defend speech we do not like, short of threats, libel & hatred.
