I put out my FCBD comic before RoosterTree was even a
glint in my eye. In an unabashed & 100% vainglorious stroke, I collected a number of my
web-published short stories & had them printed as a Free Comic Book Day freebie. It was summarily dismissed
by the local comic shop because my book contained nudity, despite the *Mature Readers* notice on the cover.
They were returned to me, minus a few that were given to regulars that the owner knew they would be
appreciative.
